3. Pomegranates

Salmon is one of the few foods that contain vitamin D in significant numbers. Researchers at Toronto's Mount Sinai Hospital said that increased vitamin D from sunlight is associated with reduced risk of breast cancer by 24 percent.
Vitamin D can prevent cells becoming cancerous. Consumption of fresh salmon or canned in which the rich content of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), omega-3 can kill breast cancer cells and help stop the spread of disease to other parts of the body.
