6 Health Benefits of Listening To Music

Listening to music is not just mere entertainment. Without you knowing it, the music actually has mood swings and even helps you to concentrate.

Many experiments have shown that music can help lower heart rate, blood pressure and help relieve pain, anxiety and improve quality of life of patients.

"Music can be very useful for someone who is in a situation where they have lost control of their external environment," said Dr. Williamson.

"With the music they can get back that sense of control, and create peace in yourself and prevent some problems that exist around the patient," he added.
